Key Responsibilities -

Sales

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Pitch digital marketing solutions to potential clients across industries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Work with the digital team to align sales goals with campaign strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with creative and ad operations teams for impactful campaigns.

Team & Strategy

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance insights to management.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and client acquisition plans.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven track record in

  B2B/B2C sales

  (preferably in Digital Marketing/Advertising industry).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding).
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with result-oriented execution.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in

  Sales & Marketing

  ; agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace.
