Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Jaipur. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends. Day-to-day tasks include cultivating client relationships, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with the design and engineering teams. Knowledge of the construction industry and prefabricated building systems. The role also involves tracking sales performance, conducting market research, and attending industry events to promote Modern Infra Projects' solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
• Marketing campaign management and digital marketing skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the construction or steel industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
