Job Title Sales Manager - B2B Experience 6 - 10 years in B2B sales, preferably in packaging solutions / FMCG / Industrial products Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B packaging solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across assigned territories and industries. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Growth 1, Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. 2, Identify new business opportunities, industries, and customer segments for packaging solutions. 3, Drive sales growth through effective planning, forecasting, and pipeline management. 4, Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Team Management & Leadership 1, Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (field sales / key account executives). 2, Set targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team. 3, Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations. 4, Support the team in negotiations, closures, and large-value deals. Key Account & Client Management 1, Handle key B2B accounts and strategic customers. 2, Build long-term relationships with procurement heads, plant managers, and decision-makers. 3, Understand client packaging needs and propose customized packaging solutions. 4, Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Pricing, Negotiation & Coordination 1, Prepare pricing strategies and custom quotations in coordination with operations and management. 2, Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maintaining profitability. 3, Coordinate with production, supply chain, and operations teams for timely delivery and execution. Reporting & Process Management 1, Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management. 2, Ensure proper documentation, CRM updates, and sales process compliance. 3, Work closely with marketing for lead generation and branding initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Education 1, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2, MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage Experience & Skills 1, Proven experience as a Sales Manager in B2B packaging / industrial products 2, Strong background in sales growth, team handling, and revenue expansion 3, Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills 4, Experience in customized / solution-based selling 5, Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions 6, Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Preferred Industry Exposure 1, Packaging solutions (corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, labels, industrial packaging, etc.) 2, FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Logistics sectors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1, Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets 2, New client acquisition and market expansion 3, Team performance and productivity 4, Customer retention and key account growth 5, Profitability and pricing discipline
