Key responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring salespeople, implementing effective sales plans, and collaborating with other departments like marketing and product development Core Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales goals and quotas, and create promotional campaigns to meet business objectives.  Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.  Performance Management: Monitor sales team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and CRM tools, providing coaching and incentives to ensure targets are met.  Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.  Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.  Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.  Reporting: Prepare and present timely sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.  Key Skills Leadership & Motivation: The ability to lead, guide, and motivate a sales team effectively.  Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.  Strategic Thinking: The capacity to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.  Customer Service: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and executives.
