Job Description

  • A B2B Sales Manager is responsible for leading business-to-business sales initiatives, developing strategies to meet revenue goals, and building long-term client relationships. The role blends leadership, strategy, and client management to drive sustainable business growth.
  • A B2B Sales Manager oversees all aspects of corporate sales operations, including prospecting, negotiation,The focus is on acquiring new clients and managing key accounts to ensure consistent revenue flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.​
  • Identify and target prospective business clients through research, networking, and outreach.​
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.​
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal presentation to contract negotiation and closing.​
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns and service delivery.​
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and recommend strategic adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.​
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to management for planning and forecasting.​
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.​
  • Proven success record in B2B sales, preferably within a relevant industry such as Gifting, Employee engagements, or manufacturing.​
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate sales teams.​
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills essential for client engagement.​
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software for tracking pipelines and performance.​
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset to devise data-driven sales strategies.​
Typical Work Environment

This role is full-time and will/may require travel for client meetings, trade shows, or partnerships. B2B Sales Managers typically report to the Head of Sales or the Director of Business Development.​
