Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for
LED lighting products, lighting components, and PCB sales
Handle
LED purchase and lighting procurement coordination
with vendors and clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in B2B and project sales
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers
Coordinate with production, purchase, and technical teams for smooth order execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
