Job Description

This role focuses on open market sales execution while developing a self-managed field sales team. The position suits candidates ready to take ownership of territory growth and people development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through direct customer acquisition
Build a field sales team from scratch
Train team members on sales pitch and process
Monitor field performance and conversions
Ensure target achievement at individual and team level

Candidate Profile

Experience in field sales or direct selling Minimum 1 year.
Comfortable working independently in the market
Team-building and people management skills
Age up to 40 years
