Job Description

As a Sales Executive at the company, your role is crucial in driving sales growth, acquiring new business, and nurturing customer relationships to enhance revenue and contribute to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the consumer product services market. - Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients in the consumer products sector, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. - Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to pinpoint new business opportunities and shape sales strategies. - Optimize the sales process for improved efficiency by incorporating best practices and tools for a consistent sales approach. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives, offering insights for product/service enhancements. - Assist the Manager in formulating sales budgets and ensuring compliance with set guidelines. - Provide daily sales activity reports, conduct a target number of client meetings per month, and regularly share meeting minutes with customers. - Achieve the allocated sales budget by selling all product services, including Hardline, Furniture, Decor, Toys Testing, Inspection, Artificial Jewelry, etc. Qualification Required: - Possession of a Technical Qualification (B.Tech/ BBA/ Diploma/ Graduation/MBA) - In-depth knowledge of Exports Market (EU, US preferred), consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. - Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
