The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities across both B2C and B2B segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Perform cold outreach , networking, and follow-ups with prospective clients (a true hustler mindset). Present and promote SMARRTIF AIโs learning solutions to potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. Negotiate and close sales deals, including managing contracts and pricing. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings and messaging. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the sales approach and services. Required Skills Strong skills in sales strategy building, market research, and growth planning . Experience in cold outreach, networking, and lead generation . Proficient in competitive analysis and positioning. Focused on achieving sales, revenue, and company growth goals . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Sound negotiation and contract management abilities. Experience with CRM software and sales tools . Self-starter , able to work independently and in team settings. Prior experience in EdTech or similar industries is a plus. Qualifications 1โ2 years of sales or business development experience. Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
