Job Title: Exhibition Sales / Stall Booking Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Exhibition Sales / Stall Booking Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, selling exhibition stalls, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our exhibitions and trade fairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell exhibition stalls to exhibitors across various industries
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and database follow-ups
Explain exhibition concepts, stall options, pricing, and benefits to clients
Maintain regular follow-ups and close stall bookings within deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams for stall allotment, documentation, and payments
Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and client databases
Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets
Build long-term relationships with exhibitors for repeat participation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
13 years of experience in exhibition sales, B2B sales, or event sales (FRESHERS with strong communication skills may apply)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
