Job Description

As a Sales Engineer for Spare Sales, your role is crucial in bridging the gap between the sales team and customers. Your technical expertise will be essential in understanding and meeting the specific needs and expectations of customers. By combining your product knowledge with a personalized service approach, you will empower customers to make informed purchasing decisions, ultimately supporting the company's sales objectives and ensuring a seamless, customer-focused experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a structured monthly visit plan to optimize customer visits and meet business objectives effectively. - Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct spare parts, addressing inquiries, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with customer demand, minimizing stock outs and excess inventory. - Secure orders for relevant products, manage deliveries, and coordinate order fulfilment for timely customer satisfaction. - Identify and target new sales prospects to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. - Conduct customer meetings, build long-term relationships, manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, and provide post-sale follow-up for customer satisfaction. - Collect customer feedback on the delivery process, implement improvements based on feedback, and generate daily sales reports for performance tracking and identifying opportunities. Qualifications: - Age requirement: 23 years onwards - Educational Qualifications: BE in Mechanical/Electronics/EC (essential), Diploma/Degree in Management with marketing specialization (desirable) - Professional Experience: 2-10 years in industrial marketing, technical marketing skills, customer and market research experience - Desirable Skill Sets: Excellent communication skills, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, presentation skills, adaptability, innovation, decision-making, stress tolerance, collaboration, willingness to travel Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with performance and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person at Morbi, Gujarat.,
