Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks.
  • Identify and onboard new industrial clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and offer basic technical support.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Drive strong relationships with dealers and end-users to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Represent the company in dealer meets, product launches, and industry exhibitions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Solid understanding of welding processes

    : SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships and influence buying decisions.
