PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION This job is for Freshers only, suitable candidate will be offered a initial ₹15K stipend (training) and later will be raised to ₹25K - 30K salary (post-training). We at HANS Consulting are hiring HR Executive Trainee – a launchpad to become full-fledged HR Business Partners across industries like Gems & Jewellery, Construction, Furniture, Hospitality, and Marble. The applicant should have solid HR foundationIdeal profile- MBA/PGDM HR (2024/25) and is willing for Local travel in Jaipur. Good communication a must This is a 3-month paid training with direct mentorship. You get Real-time exposure to strategic + operational HR (Hire to retire) Hands-on experience with client organizations Long-term growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,137.55 - ₹25,641.06 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Jaipur District, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): This role requires almost daily travel within the city (one place each day), are you comfortable with that?
