Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance and accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvement.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance.
8+ years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
