We are hiring for "Finance Head"

Job Description :

• Experience: 8+ Years
• Qualification: CA Qualified
• Salary: up to 18 Lakhs
• Location: Kukatpally
• 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.

2. Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end/ year-end closures.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements as per statutory requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and tax regulations.

3. Costing & Inventory Management

• Implement and manage standard costing systems specific to pharma manufacturing.
• Track RM, PM, and FG costing and analyze production variances.
• Work closely with supply chain and production teams to optimize cost efficiencies.

4. Compliance & Audits

• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, transfer pricing, and other regulatory obligations.
• Interface with regulatory authorities as needed.

5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and fund availability.
• Maintain banking relationships and oversee loan management, LC/BG operations, and fund utilization.

6. Financial Controls & Risk Management

• Develop and enforce financial policies, SOPs, and risk management processes.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

7. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
• Drive performance, process improvements, and digital finance initiatives.
