Job Description: Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Hyderabad Industry: Manufacturing Qualification: MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 10 + years Package: based on CTC About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned CFO to lead the finance function of a well-established manufacturing company in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be MBA Finance or CA qualified with strong experience in handling the full spectrum of finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Handle cash flow, working capital, and fund management. Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations. Drive cost control and efficiency across the organization. Present financial insights to the CEO and Board for strategic decisions. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Lead and mentor the finance team. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance. Experience in cost accounting and MIS reporting. Hands-on experience with audits and risk management. Good leadership and communication skills. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is a must.
