Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  
• Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow, audits, and financial controls.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and reporting requirements.
  
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  
• Manage investor relations, funding strategies, and capital structure.
  
• Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
  
• Present financial results and performance metrics to the Board and Management.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  
• 1020 years of progressive finance experience.
  
• Proven track record in financial leadership roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and taxation.
  
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Experience in budgeting, cost optimization, MIS, and ERP systems.
