Role & responsibilities Assists in ensuring OT functions without disruption. Ensures surgical, medication and patient safety. Ensures effective care of surgical patients. Ensure medication and patient safety; adheres to infection control protocols. Assist surgeons during operations by ensuring surgical instruments are sterile and available. Monitor patients vital signs and administer medications during surgery. Ensure proper setup of the operating room and adherence to surgical protocols. Manage post-operative care, ensuring recovery in the operating theater. Provide emotional support to patients before and after surgery.
