Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and guide the company’s long-term financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management, along with proven leadership in driving organisational growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team.
• Drive long-term financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Financial Operations & Management

• Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing functions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Manage working capital, liquidity, and capital structure.
• Implement cost-control measures and optimise financial processes.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and financial standards.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and financial risk management.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Build a high-performing financial function with strong governance and discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

• CA / CMA or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 18 - 20 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in the CFO role
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, retail, or similar industries preferred
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
