Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial team at Soul AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Lead and manage the financial team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and bankers.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards.
Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working with financial software and systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
