As Finance Head, the responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, tax compliances, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliances, risk management and business finance while looking to make improvements to procedures and controls. Must have managed INR 100cr turnover IPO, Credit Lending Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements, including taxation, GST, accounting standards, FEMA. Audit Management: Coordinate and oversee external & internal audits, liaising with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits. Financial Risk Management: Credit control , Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls and risk management strategies. Adherence to Group Policies & Practice: Work closely with the Group and ensure Finance processes, reporting are in line with the Group requirement. Liquidity Management: Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls. Business Operations & Partnering: Closely work with the business function right from Order to Cash and Procure to Pay and ability to solve the problems to ensure smooth business operations. Commercial Discussion and Negotiation: Engage in commercial discussion and negotiation based on business requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development. Stakeholder Management: a. Work closely with top management b. Work closely with Group finance team c. Work with Business teams REQUIREMENTS: CA with 7+ years of experience, with at least 3-5 years as head/co-head of finance. Experience of handling end to end finance function of the subsidiary company of a large corporate. Experience of working in a new age digital product/services company. Well versed, and with hands-on experience, in accounting, consolidation, taxation, regulatory compliances. People manager who has managed reportees from multiple functions, has navigated inter-department coordination's and has also managed group level coordination.
