Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end financial support to the business team by developing financial strategy, budget and reporting, collection, review and governance of all financial activities and overseeing all audits and compliance activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management, group, and stakeholders in a timely manner in line with Groups policy & practice. - Must have managed INR 100cr turnover, IPO, Credit Lending. - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements, including taxation, GST, accounting standards, FEMA. - Coordinate and oversee external & internal audits, liaising with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits. - Credit control, identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls and risk management strategies. - Work closely with the Group and ensure Finance processes, reporting are in line with the Group requirement. - Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls. - Engage in commercial discussion and negotiation based on business requirements. - Manage and lead a finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development. - Work closely with top management, Group finance team, and Business teams. **Qualifications Required:** - CA with 10+ years of experience, with at least 3-5 years as head/co-head of finance. - Experience of handling end-to-end finance function of the subsidiary company of a large corporate. - Experience of working in a new age digital product/services company. - Well-versed, and with hands-on experience, in accounting, consolidation, taxation, regulatory compliances. - People manager who has managed reportees from multiple functions, has navigated inter-department coordinations, and has also managed group-level coordination.
