Our company is a reputable player in the Electrical Asset Maintenance field, with a revenue of ₹20 crores. We're seeking an experienced and qualified CFO to join our leadership team.
Job Summary
We're looking for a matured and seasoned CFO with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, improving financial performance, and leading cross-functional teams. Additional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of accounting standards.
3. Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, identify areas for cost optimization, and drive process improvements.
4. Risk Management and Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies, internal controls, and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets.
5. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
6. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualifications are mandatory.
2. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (CFO/Finance Director).
3. Industry Experience: Experience in the Electrical Asset Maintenance or related industries is desirable.
4. Skills: Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to drive process improvements and manage change.
5. Age limit - from 35 to 55.
