Job Description

Position: Accounts Manager Accountant plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of a company's financial operations, ultimately contributing to its profitability and sustainability. Will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various cost elements of Projects of the organization to make informed decisions about cost control, pricing, and overall financial performance. Qualification: BCOM/MCOM/ CA-CMA (Inter pass) with proficiency in Tally Experience: 4 – 5 years Pay Band: Rs.30000- Rs.40000 pm Key Responsibilities : (i) Management of Budgeting and Forecasting, Cost Analysis and Reporting, Cost and Optimization, Compliance and Reporting (ii) Responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance Skills Required: (i) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (ii) Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet programs. (iii) Knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting methods. (iv) Understanding of various cost accounting techniques, such as CVP analysis and variance analysis. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
