NCEPL has partnered with leading manufacturers of Monitoring Devices, Communication Infrastructure Providers, and Analytical Software Providers to design and configure end-to-end solutions in the areas of "Condition Monitoring" of Electrical Assets that add value to our customer's businesses and help them move to "Condition-Based Maintenance Program" from an existing "Time-Based Maintenance Program."

Our Top Clients are IOCL , NHPC , TATA STEEL, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, BHEL, NRL, ABB , Andritz Hydro, Kahramaa the state utility of Qatar and so many other organizations. We are dealing with 50 + leading clients and growing more than 20 % year on year for the last so many years. To support our growing business, we are looking for suitable candidates in different areas of operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Personnel with a deep understanding of HV and EHV solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of proven expertise in providing/selling technical solutions to industries and utilities in the HV and EHV space. You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of both industrial and utility clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Condition Monitoring Solutions and Services for HV and EHV electrical assets to industrial clients and power utilities.

Forming close working relationships with clients and customers to fully understand their objective and to provide tailored engineering solutions that support condition-monitoring of Transformers , Generator , Switchgear, Motors , Switchyard , MV/HV/EHV, Overhead Line in a comprehensive manner.

Providing Optic-solutions on Perimeter Intrusion , Pipeline Monitoring , Power Cable Monitoring , Rail Monitoring , Tack Health Monitoring solutions , Bridge Monitoring , Health of Conveyor Belt Monitoring.

Lead and manage technical presentations, product demonstrations, and project proposals.

Coordinate with internal engineering teams to design customized solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and stay updated on industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S.C Physics, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5-7 years of experience in sales of engineering solutions/ products, with a focus on HV and EHV systems, in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of HV and EHV equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and substations.

Proven ability to identify and develop sales opportunities in the energy and utilities market.

Self-driven with proven experience in preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions to complex technical challenges.

Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of regional regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the energy sector.

Fluency in additional languages is a plus. (English , Hindi , Bengali)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
