Job Title: Production Manager cum Assembly Line Handler – LED Driver Manufacturing Location: GIDC, Gandhinagar Job Summary: The Production Manager cum Assembly Line Handler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes of LED drivers. This role ensures that production is cost-effective, efficient, and meets quality standards. The candidate will oversee daily operations of the assembly line, manage the production team, and ensure adherence to timelines and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities for LED driver manufacturing. Ensure timely production to meet delivery schedules and maintain inventory levels. Monitor production metrics (output, downtime, efficiency) and implement improvements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Assembly Line Handling: Supervise assembly line processes including PCB mounting, soldering, testing, casing, and final QC. Implement and maintain assembly line SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Ensure line balancing and optimal manpower utilization. Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of operators, technicians, and line supervisors. Monitor employee performance and provide necessary feedback and guidance. Maintain discipline and ensure team adherence to safety and quality standards. Quality & Compliance: Work closely with the Quality team to ensure all products meet technical specifications. Implement and monitor quality control processes during assembly and final testing. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Process Improvement: Identify and implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen practices. Support automation initiatives and productivity improvement projects. Drive continuous process improvement to reduce waste and increase yield. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with the purchase, inventory, and planning teams for raw material availability. Communicate with design/engineering teams for resolving technical issues in production. Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve inter-departmental coordination. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of LED driver components, SMT, and through-hole assembly. Hands-on experience in managing electronic assembly lines. Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, BIS, RoHS, etc.). Leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Good communication and documentation skills. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with handling procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tally/ERP software, GST filing, vendor management, and purchase coordination. This dual-role position is key to maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger reconciliation. Handle GST, TDS filing, and compliance as per statutory requirements. Prepare and maintain records of invoices, receipts, payments, and purchase orders. Assist in monthly closing, trial balance preparation, and audit support. Generate financial reports and assist in budget monitoring. Purchase & Procurement Source vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of raw materials, products, or office supplies. Maintain purchase records, stock entries, and supplier databases. Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for inward entries and GRNs. Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and purchasing roles. Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or other accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoice processing, and reconciliation. Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in a trading/manufacturing environment is a plus. Knowledge of import documentation and vendor contracts (if applicable).
