Position : Commercial Manager A Commercial Manager with a focus on Procurement including import and Billing to Customers to both Domestic and international trade. Overall in charge of Materials and Stores Procurement and Management Qualification: BCOM/BSC/MSC/MCOM/MBA with diploma of Material Management Experience: 4 – 5 years Pay Band: Rs 30000- Rs 50000 pm Key Responsibilities : (i) Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and facilitating smooth import/export operations. (ii) For preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate records of various shipping and customs documents. Handling claims and disputes related to shipping and customs processes (iii) Role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders like freight forwarders and customs brokers. Skills Required: (i) Compliance with customs requirements (ii) Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. (iii) Manage tasks and collaborate with others. (iv) Addressing issues or challenges that may arise during import/export operations. (v) Negotiation with suppliers and freight forwarders (vi) Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
