Industry: Power Plant / EPC / Power Generation / Energy Infrastructure

We are seeking a Commercial & Collection Manager with a strong background in the Power or EPC sector to lead commercial operations, contract management, and client payment collections across multiple large-scale projects.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end client payment collections and receivables.

Ensure compliance with all Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), milestones, and invoicing terms.

Coordinate with Project, Finance, and Legal teams for accurate billing and documentation.

Monitor project-wise receivables, prepare collection forecasts and aging reports.

Liaise with clients to resolve billing or contract-related issues.

Drive commercial negotiations, contract amendments, and claims.

Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding dues.

Maintain strong relationships with client finance and commercial departments.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.

8–15 years of experience in Commercial / Finance / Collection Management within Power, EPC, or Energy sectors.

Proven expertise in PPA, billing, and commercial settlements.

Sound understanding of project financing and cash flow management.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting.

Willing to travel to project sites and client offices when required.
