Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and implement cost-saving measures. Maintain spare parts stock at Minimum Quantity Levels (MQL) to avoid delays in operations. 4. Logistics and Dispatch Management Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics , including receipt of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods. Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and dispatch personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials. Ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of stock transfers, gate entries, and dispatch reports. Optimize logistics costs while maintaining on-time and damage-free deliveries.
