Implement preventive maintenance and troubleshooting strategies specific to these machines. Optimize resin usage, reduce scrap and wastage, and ensure consistent product quality. 3. Maintenance and Utility Management Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance for all machinery including molding lines and plant equipment. Maintain and manage all essential utilities such as chillers, air handling units (AHUs), transformers, power consumption systems , and compressed air systems . Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and implement cost-saving measures. Maintain spare parts stock at Minimum Quantity Levels (MQL) to avoid delays in operations. 4. Logistics and Dispatch Management Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics , including receipt of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods. Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and dispatch personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials. Ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of stock transfers, gate entries, and dispatch reports. Optimize logistics costs while maintaining on-time and damage-free deliveries. Liaise with HO logistics or SCM teams to streamline inter-plant and customer-specific dispatches.
