Role and Responsibilities: To support and enhance the company s marketing and business development initiatives Understand ABS Material standard (Automotive & Home appliances) (ABS, SAN, PCABS) To drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities To collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute marketing strategies and business development activities To Achieve Sales against Targets OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 for business challenges Business Development opportunities & expand the business in the region to meet the organizational goals Planning and Execution Strategies of market Conditions Pro-active preparing MIS and Reports Working on SAP and sound knowledge of MS Office tools Desired Skills and Competencies: - Excellence communication skills- Strong problem-solving skills - Strong Negotiation skills
