Financial Management & Reporting:
Monitoring and analyzing plant profitability, costs, and budgets.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Manage purchase orders (POs), shipments, and sample coordination with customers.
Cost Optimization & Control:
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Developing and implementing cost reduction programs.
Monitoring and controlling plant overheads.
Procurement & Supply Chain Management:
Managing the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies.
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely deliveries.
Validate pre-production requirements, including samples, specifications, and commercial terms.
Prioritize and oversee production scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
Performance Management:
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Working with plant leadership to achieve strategic goals.
Track reports and facilitate smooth communication between teams and customers.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies as per the local and other laws.

He has to make sure along with plant head that all the SOPs are been followed by the Plant
Mandatory Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Understanding of pre-production requirements (samples, specifications, commercial terms).
Experience in managing purchase orders, shipments, and production scheduling.
