For more information, visit: www.vform.in Role Summary: The Regional Manager Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving new business development, expanding market share, and managing key accounts in the assigned region. This is a remote role requiring a highly self-motivated professional with proven experience in the packaging or plastic product industry. Key Responsibilities: ¢ ¢ Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long- term partnerships. ¢ ¢ ¢ Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, and logistics for seamless order execution. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to formulate strategic sales plans. ¢ ¢ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as de¢ined by the HO. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote VFORM's product line. ¢ ¢ ¢ Maintain detailed records of sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline reports. Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline in the region. Regular reporting to the HO at Navi Mumbai.

Desired Candidate Pro¢ile: ¢ Experience: Minimum 710 years in sales & marketing, preferably in plastic packaging, caps, closures, or PET preforms. ¢ ¢ ¢ Quali¢ication: Graduate in Science/Engineering. MBA in Marketing is preferred. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Other Requirements: o o o Willing to travel extensively. Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
