GM – Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Quality Managers; monitor team performance.
• Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS, FSSC, GMP).
• Ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards before dispatch.
• Conduct audits, manage non-conformances, and coordinate third-party audits.
• Analyze quality data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Train, coach, and develop the Quality team; foster a culture of accountability.
• Develop SOPs, product specifications, and ensure food safety compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field.

• 12–15 years in Quality Management,

  with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, FSSC, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
