Primary Objective: Support Quality, Operations & other functions to implement Food Safety Plan as per Abbott's Internal Policies & External Requirements, (such as FSSC22000 & External Regulatory Bodies). Provide oversight to Plant GMP, Cleaning & Sanitation, Validation & CAPA Activities linked with Food Safety Lead &/or Support implementation of Global Food Safety Initiatives at Shop Floor Level. Lead &/or Support trainings of Global Food Safety Initiatives at Shop Floor Level. This list of responsibilities may change depending on plant needs and employees are expected to be adaptable and flexible where this need arises Major Responsibilities: The role of Sr. Executive (Food Safety) is part of the site's success and compliance by: Lead &/or Support implementation of Global Food Safety Initiatives (i.e., Project Safeguard Initiatives) with Cross Functional Teams & cascade same at Shop Floor Level Lead &/or Support Trainings of Food Safety Initiatives at Shop Floor Level. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures. Promote Food Safety Culture & Vital Behaviours through daily Gemba rounds, Refresher Trainings & Re-enforcement of Quality Expectations. Prepares reports, publishes, and makes presentations to communicate findings to reporting Manager Supervise shut down activities to guarantee works are in alignment with Food Safety Policies and expectations. Active coordination between QA & Cross Functional Team for effective implementation of GMP, EMP & Sanitation Management. Provide oversight to Site's Cleaning, Sanitation & Hygiene Management Program Support Cross Functional Team in resolving day to day queries of GMP Management as well as New Policies under Safeguard Support Implementation of HACCP Principles into daily ways of working Cultivates internal and external network of resources to complete tasks Support Food Safety Risk Assessment with Mitigation Proposals linked with Change Management Cycle of RM/PM, Product, Process, Equipment, Facilities & Capital Projects. Support Food Safety Event Investigation & Implementation of linked CAPAs with focus on systems & still remain reliable during manual operation. Participate in Abbott's Validation Review Board Meeting as well as CAPA Review Board Meetings for Proactive & Reactive Food Safety Risk Management. Liase with Global Subject Matter Experts from time to time to align improvement initiatives. Support Internal & External Food Safety Audits as per assigned responsibilities. Systematic Documentation linked with Quality System Compliances for Site's Food Safety Management System Background: Understanding and application of HACCP Principles with in depth understanding of Physical, Chemical & Microbiological Hazards with focus on food borne pathogen knowledge. Cleaning & Sanitation principles including Mode of Actions of chemicals Integrated Pest Control & Management Critical & Strategic thinking in order to go in depth understanding of Site Operations and related complex issues and provide the best feasible solutions at all levels. Communication, Collaboration & Influencing Skills Interpersonal skills in order to have healthy relationship with colleagues working in different functions at site Continuous Improvement Mindset Project Management Skills Education Criteria: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Food Engineering/ Microbiology/ Pharma with relevant experience in Plant Quality/ Food Safety/ GMP/ Hygiene & Sanitation. Experience of 04 to 05 years in Dairy/ Food/ Nutritional Powder Manufacturing Facility with emphasis on Infant Powder is preferred. Master's Degree with relevant experience is preferred Knowledge of Gujarati language is an added advantage Accountability & Scope: Keep Site's Food Safety Management System Live & Breathing with Continuous Improvement Food Safety Risks are proactively identified & appropriately mitigated. Learnings are built effectively in system to avoid repeat incidents.

Preferred candidate profile Education : M.Sc- Chemistry Experience : 10 to 15+ years of exp in API Pharma Industry experience. Job Profile : Quality professional with 10+ years of progressive experience with strong knowledge of Specialty Ingredient, Bulk Chemicals, Food additive/ Food supplement & API Manufacturing, QMS, Qualification, Validation and other Manufacturing functions. Personnel shall have experience to handle certification, customer & regulatory inspection i.e.: IMS, WHO-GMP, FSSC, FAMI-QS, EnMS, Halal, Kosher & Responsible Care & regulatory (FDCA, USFDA, MHRA). Expertise in change control, deviation, market complaint, non-conformance investigation, vendor audit, self-inspection, gap assessment, customer audit, training, vendor management, vendor questionnaire, validation, equipment & utility system qualification & digitization

Finance Systems - Specialist (FPNA) Be the link between Finance Shared Service Center and the IT department. SDM Support function to finance manager - work in Oracle HFM and Oracle Planning. Requires local market contact. Responsible for supporting Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) within Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and external systems integrating with AX. The candidates requires to have HFM and Orcale PBCS exp along with FPnA Knowledge. Weightage between FPnA and Technical skill is 50-50 Responsible for handling complex IT issues in Microsoft dynamics AX. Participate in projects. Participate and manage projects for optimization and automation of processes. Prepare documentation for change requests, user manuals and processes. Provide daily support for colleagues in Finance Shared Service Center - Microsoft Dynamics AX, Excel etc. Testing of integration between IT systems Train finance colleagues in Microsoft Dynamics AX Be responsible for UAT Testing of releases and new features for Finance Shared Service Center Follow up and manage issues and projects with the IT department. Help FSSC colleagues in peak periods with ad hoc tasks.

Investigation and Resolution: Investigate any quality issues or customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Audits and Inspections: Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Continuous Monitoring: Implement systems for continuous monitoring of critical control points and key performance indicators to maintain product quality and safety.
