As the Maintenance Manager at ACG Group Company, Vantage Nutrition LLP, located in Shirwal, India, your primary responsibilities will involve strategic and planning functional core tasks to ensure the proper execution of preventive and periodic maintenance. You will be responsible for controlling downtime by preparing lists of various machine equipment required for preventive maintenance and ensuring their periodic maintenance. Your role will also involve troubleshooting electrical and mechanical maintenance of utilities and machines, resolving recurring problems, and seeking expert guidance when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting spares and production equipment received from suppliers/vendors, executing GMP, ISO, FSSC, KOSHER, Halal customer audits/internal audits, safety and statutory compliances. You will also be in charge of operating the ETP and ensuring preventive maintenance of ETP pumps, as well as overseeing building maintenance activities. Key result areas for this role include preventive and periodic maintenances, equipment uptime, statutory compliances, and energy consumption.
