1. Own PLC logic modifications, backups, change control; lead root-cause analysis for automation faults
2. Drive PM/CBM routines; maintain spares; coordinate with OEMs
3. Sustain quality & compliance (FSSC/ISO) through interlocks and alarms; document SOPs
1. 3-10 yrs in Beverages (CSD/juice/water/dairy) or high-speed FMCG
(breweries/snacks/biscuits/foods/pharma packaging)
2. Hands-on with Siemens/Rockwell PLCs, SCADA/HMI, VFDs/Servos, industrial networks (Profinet/EtherNet/IP, Profibus)
3. Preventive/predictive maintenance on filler, labeller, BFC, depalletizer,
shrink/packer or similar high-speed equipment
4. OEE improvement/MTTR reduction projects with documented results
