Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Taj Coromandel, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize resources and minimize waste.
Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective team management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
