Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Taj Coromandel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel or restaurant to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all areas of the establishment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance guest experiences.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing teams effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
