Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Learning and Development team at Radisson Blu Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the field.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and other educational sessions to promote continuous learning.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and develop targeted programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Manage the budget for learning and development initiatives.

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
