Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

You will be joining CGH Earth as an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development for either the Kumarakom or Mararikulam location, where you will play a crucial role in driving the learning and performance excellence agenda for the respective resort. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive hospitality training programs across all core operational departments - Conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify performance gaps and competency deficiencies - Collaborating with Property Heads of Department to deliver customized training interventions - Facilitating high-impact learning sessions using a mix of classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and experiential learning modules - Leading new hire onboarding programs to align with CGH Earth values and service philosophy - Creating individual Learning and Development Plans (LDPs) to support employee career growth and succession planning - Monitoring training metrics and ensuring compliance with internal systems To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Graduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field - 4-10 years of experience in a dedicated training or L&D role - Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in luxury hotels or experiential hospitality brands - Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest expectations - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills This is a full-time position with benefits including food, health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
