Be conversant with the items on the Food and beverage menu, to be able to make recommendations to guests and upsell Ensure that all guests are attended to quickly and efficiently as possible, constantly striving to promote a “service first” atmosphere To greet guests in a polite and courteous manner Check that the quality and presentation of food meets the set standards before it is presented to guests. Ensure work area is clean. Maintain high standards of Hygiene and cleanliness throughout the work area Ensure all equipments are properly maintained, stacked and stored Inventory in charge for cutlery & crockery and maintaining stocks. Report any potential health and safety hazards Confirm satisfaction by directly asking guests and co-ordinate appropriate action where needed.
