Roles & Responsibility:
- To ensure proper Coordination and receive the production plan & arrangement of all resources accordingly.
- To ensure Testing and control as per documents to produce 100% safe products.
- To ensure compliance of Cleaning and Sanitation program as per matrix.
- To ensure that targets of Quality Measures are achieved.
- To ensure that the goals of FSSC and QMS are achieved.
- To ensure Calibration of lab and process measuring instrument as per defined frequency.
- To ensure the effective implementation of defined PRPs, OPRP and CCP.
- Initiate Effective corrective action against identified gaps in any external and internal audits.
- Monitor & achieve the target of Sugar, Concentrate, pulp & relevant chemicals yield.
- To ensure the hygienic condition throughout the all-syrup preparation sections & Pulp & sugar storage and follow Cleaning& Sanitation as per requirement.
- To Ensure defacing of all concentrate containers for misuse of trademarked materials.
- To Ensure proper handling & storage of all empty containers, poly bags, cartons, sugar bags, drums, jerrycan etc. from Syrup & CIP section.
- To Ensure proper working of all access control in Syrup & CIP section & production. All tanks should be in Lock & Key.
- To ensure proper handling & storage of Spent carbon in dedicated Hazardous waste storage area.
- To ensure storage, protection, retrieval & disposition of all syrup section records.
- To ensure 100% traceability & FEFO/FIFO as applicable for issue of all ingredients & auxiliary materials used in syrup section.
- To ensure proper implementation of QSE norms at syrup section, CIP & bottling section.
- To ensure coordination of the External Testing and maintain records.
- To ensure monthly review and update document Requirement.
- Coordinate with Line executive for Proper CIP, syrup release & end of production.
- Ensure consumption of syrup within shelf-life.
- Ensure no use of BBD/expiry or non-confirming material in syrup section. Ensure Only QA released RM to be used for syrup section.
- Ensure proper air changes and lux level is maintained in syrup & CIP section.
- Ensure use of only trained medically fit & vaccinated persons for sugar and pulp dumping.
- Ensure proper GMP and hygiene practices are followed during manufacture of syrup.
- Ensure calibration & verification of interlocks throughout syrup & CIP section.
- Ensure monitoring integrity & cleaning of all strainers, sampling points, magnetic trap, gasket, spray ball etc. as per frequency.
- Ensure proper drain & cleaning of all tanks in CIP section.
- Management of all critical spares used in syrup & CIP section in coordination with Maintenance Team.
- Timely Review of all syrup & CIP records.
- Conducting Skill Gap Assessment & training of syrup room personnel.
- Tracking of CIP time & syrup preparation time against ideal time as per OEM.
- Comply with all test requirements as per Legal requirements & SCADA review.
- Comply GMP of Syrup & CIP section.
- Calibration & maintenance of all equipment.
- Conduct training of Syrup section Personnel.
- Achieve sugar, concentrate, pulp & chemicals yields as per targets.
- 100% compliance on traceability of all ingredients & auxiliary.
- Tracking & management of CIP time & syrup preparation time as per standard.
- Following proper Preventive Maintenance for zero breakdown in syrup & cip section.
- Zero safety accident in syrup section & CIP section.
- Timely completion of Internal & external audit CAP. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for all processes and equipment.
- Work with the safety team to investigate any accidents or incidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure that all employees are trained on proper safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Lead the incident response team in the event of an emergency.
GMP & Pest Control
- Timely GMP Monthly Audit to conduct and prepare CAP Tacking and closures status.
- Provide GMP& 5S Awareness among Team and Associates.
- Maintain Housekeeping inventory.
- Ensure Pest Control activities are conducted as per Schedule by pest control operators.
- Verification of pest control activity and trend and take action according to the trend.
- Overall responsible for monitoring & effectiveness of GMP and Pest control.
FSMS:
- Direct Responsibility of Maintenance of Clean and Hygienic condition of Filler and processing equipment.
- Direct responsibility to monitor Personnel Hygiene practices.
- Ensuring proper control of CCP, OPRP & PRPS.
- Internal auditor (QMS & EMS)
- Core team member (QMS, EMS, Problem Solving Methodologies)
- Responsible for supporting in the implementation and improvement of system.
- Responsibility for all implementing and reviewing a quality system that includes the elements.
- Clearly defined responsibilities.
- Trained and experienced personnel.
- Documentation, document control and record keeping.
