We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and ensure quality standards in our chain and pocket manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production quality, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring defect-free output as per company and buyer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control quality at all stages of manufacturing Develop and implement quality control systems and SOPs Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final products Identify defects and take corrective & preventive actions Coordinate with production and factory teams for quality improvement Maintain quality records and reports Requirements: Experience in garment accessories / chain / pocket manufacturing preferred Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection processes Ability to handle shop-floor quality issues Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
