Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end quality processes for domestic operations.
Develop and implement quality frameworks, policies, and SOPs.
Conduct regular
calibration sessions
to ensure process accuracy and compliance.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on quality standards.
Lead and mentor the quality team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Handle escalations and ensure root cause analysis for quality issues.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
quality management principles
and domestic process handling.
Expertise in
calibration techniques
and quality audits.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience in
people management
and team leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period.
Hands-on experience in domestic BPO/Call Center quality processes.
Familiarity with quality tools and frameworks (Six Sigma, COPC preferred).
