Position Title: Vice President Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the liquor and beverage closure

divisions.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing customer

relationships.

  • Set annual sales targets and work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.

Market Development & Expansion:

  • Lead efforts to explore new markets, both domestically and internationally, for liquor and beverage closures.
  • Identify emerging trends in the plastic closure industry and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to position the company as a market leader.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the team, ensuring accountability and results.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to strengthen the team's capabilities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the liquor and beverage sectors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Address client concerns and work collaboratively to provide effective solutions.

Product and Brand Promotion:

  • Oversee product marketing strategies to build brand awareness and product recognition in the market.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

Sales Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall financial planning process.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet financial targets and market conditions.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, optimizing spending to maximize return on investment.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the production, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, product development, and manufacturing.
  • Support the beverage closure division in aligning sales strategies with operational capabilities.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to the senior leadership team on market trends, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & S

  • Bachelors Degree (mandatory), Post-graduation in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum of 20-30 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the plastic closure or related manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and manufacturing units as required.
