We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Manager to strengthen our business operations and ensure commercial efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities Risk Assessment & Compliance Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and operational risks. Ensure full compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and other legal documents. Vendor & Purchase Management Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring transparent and efficient management practices. Negotiate and process purchase bills accurately and in a timely manner. Evaluate vendor contracts, pricing structures, and service terms to maximize cost-effectiveness and value. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare annual and departmental budgets aligned with business objectives. Track, monitor, and report expenditures against approved budgets. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency. Commercial Strategy & Governance Support senior management in strategic commercial decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness for all commercial activities. Collaborate closely with operational, finance, and legal teams to streamline and govern commercial processes. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, vendor management, or legal/risk functions. Strong understanding of contracts, compliance frameworks, and budgeting processes. Proven negotiation, documentation, and communication skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks, solutions, and process improvements. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Digital & Technical Proficiency Digitally confident and tech-savvy , with the ability to navigate mobile apps, dashboards, and web-based tools with ease. Comfortable adopting new technologies, systems, and digital workflows to enhance efficiency. Experienced in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, project or vendor management platforms). Capable of leveraging data and analytics tools for tracking budgets, vendor performance, and operational insights.
