Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure liquidity. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems and processes for improved accuracy and efficiency. Review payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related accounting entries. Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Liaise with banks, vendors, and other external agencies for financial transactions and documentation. Knowledge of Zoho implementation would be added advantage Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis for decision support.
