Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Accounts Leadership

• Take overall ownership of the Accounts and Finance functions for Alvita Pharma and its group companies.
• Ensure smooth financial operations, accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements.

2. Accounting Oversight

• Monitor and ensure timely accounting of Purchase and Export Department transactions in Tally ERP.
• Supervise the accounts team to maintain accuracy and adherence to timelines.

3. Statutory Compliance & Reporting

• Provide accurate data for TDS payments, TDS returns, GST returns, and other statutory requirements.
• Support timely completion of audits, including Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, and assessments under Income Tax and GST laws.

4. MIS & Financial Statements

• Extract and analyse data from Tally ERP for monthly MIS reporting.
• Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with company law formats, including detailed notes to accounts.

5. Team Management & Development

• Guide and monitor the accounts team daily, ensuring accountability for deliverables and KRAs.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills, efficiency, and overall performance.

6. Coordination & Liaison

• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks to ensure compliance and smooth resolution of financial matters.
• Handle export credit negotiations and manage transactions related to ECGC (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation) and MTT( Merchanting Trade Transactions).

7. Leadership & Collaboration

• Promote a collaborative team environment and motivate staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Act as a proactive leader, supporting both operational excellence and professional development of the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
