Roles & Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and premium experience throughout the customer journey. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure timely follow-up on customer leads, test rides, and bookings to enhance the overall sales experience. Assist customers in understanding financing, insurance, and service packages. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement. Maintain customer records and interactions in the CRM system for tracking and analysis. Conduct customer feedback surveys and suggest improvements based on insights. Organize and participate in customer engagement activities, promotional events, and brand campaigns. Ensure resolution of service-related issues and assist in delivering an exceptional after-sales experience. Key Skills & Requirements:1 to 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the premium two-wheeler segment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Passion for automobiles, especially premium two-wheelers. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
