Finance Executive Automobile Industry Job Summary The Finance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting in line with automobile dealership/manufacturing requirements. The role involves managing accounts, taxation, vendor payments, dealer settlements, and coordinating with sales & service teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounts including accounts payable/receivable, ledger posting, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements – Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet. Manage dealer/vendor payments, customer settlements, and credit control. Handle vehicle financing documentation and coordinate with banks/NBFCs. Monitor inventory, spares, and accessories-related financial transactions. Process warranty claims, service revenue, and insurance settlements. Prepare MIS reports on sales, service income, spare parts, and accessories. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. Support internal and statutory audits across branches/outlets. Coordinate with sales, service, and spares teams for timely financial clearances. Liaise with banks for fund management, reconciliations, and loan settlements. Required Skills Strong knowledge of automobile dealership accounting (sales, service, spares, accessories). Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, Dealer Management System (DMS), MS Excel .
