Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Receive customers and inspect damaged vehicles along with the customer.
  • Record damage details and prepare job cards accurately.
  • Explain the repair process, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
  • Assist customers with the insurance claim process and required documentation.
  • Keep customers informed on repair progress, approval status, and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct final vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective communication between customers, the workshop team, and insurers.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on jobs in progress, approvals pending, and vehicles delivered.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-4 years in a bodyshop, insurance, or accident repair advisory role.
  • Basic understanding of painting, denting, and replacement parts workflow.
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes and estimation tools.
