Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Call existing and potential customers to schedule service appointments.
Follow up with customers due for periodic maintenance or repairs. Manage online and walk-in appointment requests. Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team to ensure smooth scheduling.

Send timely reminders through calls, SMS, emails, or WhatsApp for due services, insurance renewals, or seasonal checkups.

Customer Data Management

Preferred candidate profile

Should have good communication Skills.

Candidates having experience in Outbound callings will be preferred.
